More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a legend detailing different parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the continuing investigative process.
